Install in four steps.

Open the DMG

Double-click Rekorder-v2.3.0.dmg. A window opens with the app.

Move to Applications

Drag Rekorder.app into your Applications folder.

Unlock once

Run this command in Terminal:
xattr -cr /Applications/Rekorder.app
Open Terminal: Cmd+Space, type "Terminal", press Enter.

Launch

Double-click Rekorder.app. Rekorder appears as an icon in your menu bar.
